Before my career as a writer, I dabbled in production. By dabbled, I mean that I studied, graduated, and worked in it for several years. I loved production and was dang good at it, but it never felt quite right — it was more craft than concept. Writing gave me that mix of strategy and messaging that I always craved. It was only a matter of time.
